Abstract:
The report mainly explores the compactness problem in visual big data search and recognition systems，It will cover some of the work and results done by seabet betting platform Ji’s research group in the past two years on compact representation of visual features and deep network compression for visual terminal applications。In terms of compact representation of visual features，Will introduce the introduction of large-scale unsupervised sorting information，Learning order-sensitive hash codes，To maintain the retrieval information in the original high-dimensional feature space。In deep network compression，We will introduce the deep network cascade compression model (serial low-rank matrix decomposition technology) and acceleration model (structured sparse constrained pruning technology) for specific tasks (face and visual scene parsing)。The report will also introduce the practical application of the above research in visual products such as Tencent\Didi\Huawei。
