Abstract:
RNA post-transcriptional seabet plays an important role in mammalian gene regulation and protein diversity，Is one of the most important ways of post-transcriptional regulation of genes in mammals。The current research on the prediction of gene alternative splicing levels and the analysis of alternative splicing difference levels has been relatively mature，However, there are relatively few studies on the subsequent regulatory relationship and functional analysis of RNA alternative splicing。Analysis of the correlation between gene alternative splicing regulators and splicing events provides basic research ideas for revealing the intrinsic mechanism of seabet。Aiming at the problem of insufficiently accurate prediction of the relationship between post-transcriptional seabet of genes，We proposed an alternative splicing regulatory correlation prediction method (RMAS2) based on the number of corresponding reads of alternative splicing events。Considering that variable shearing level prediction is generally affected by sample sequencing depth，There is a certain degree of uncertainty，RMAS2 model directly predicts the relationship between seabet based on the number of reads corresponding to alternative splicing events and the expression data of alternative splicing regulatory factors。Experimental results，The proposed model method has better prediction accuracy and robustness in predicting the relationship between variable shearing regulation。
