Abstract:

RNA post-transcriptional alternative seabet regulation plays an important role in mammalian gene regulation and protein diversity,Is one of the most important ways of post-transcriptional regulation of genes in mammals。The current research on the prediction of gene alternative seabet levels and the analysis of alternative seabet difference levels has been relatively mature,However, there are relatively few studies on the subsequent regulatory relationship and functional analysis of RNA alternative seabet。Analysis of the correlation between gene alternative seabet regulators and seabet events provides basic research ideas for revealing the intrinsic mechanism of alternative seabet regulation。Aiming at the problem of insufficiently accurate prediction of the relationship between post-transcriptional alternative seabet regulation of genes,We proposed an alternative seabet regulatory correlation prediction method (RMAS2) based on the number of reads corresponding to alternative seabet events。Considering that variable shearing level prediction is generally affected by sample sequencing depth,There is a certain degree of uncertainty,The RMAS2 model directly predicts the relationship between alternative seabet regulation based on the number of reads corresponding to alternative seabet events and the expression data of alternative seabet regulatory factors。Experimental results,The proposed model method has better prediction accuracy and robustness in predicting the relationship between variable shearing regulation。
