2. Award scale and conditions for participating schools:

2.The number of CCF members (excluding student members) is among the top 30 universities in the country，Or the top 35 universities with the number of people who participated in CCF CSP (Software Competence Certification) in the previous year and scored more than 250 points are eligible for recommendation。
