2、Calculation of quota area (per person per year): 40 square meters for academicians、Height 20 square meters、Video height 10 square meters、Intermediate and below 6 square meters、Master’s student 1 square meter、Doctoral students 2 square meters；Real estate resource adjustment fee calculation formula = (actual use area - fixed area) * 150 yuan/year square meter
3、According to school regulations，Only full-time graduate students in the college have a quota，Part-time graduate students are not included in the calculation of the quota area；See attachment 1 for the list of graduate students with quotas，For details of international students with quota area, please see attachment 2.
4、According to school financial regulations，The housing adjustment fee can be paid from horizontal project funds or in cash。If there are property fees in the vertical project funds、The rent can only be spent if you have a seabet sports betting budget，Cannot spend from fuel expenses。
5、After verification, please go to Mr. Zhou in 307th Computer Building before December 17 to complete the procedures for paying or transferring the real estate resource adjustment fee。
