1. Inspection objects
75 natural science research bases supported by special funds from Central South University’s scientific research bases，There are 30 national and Ministry of Education scientific research bases，45 provincial and ministerial level scientific research bases (see attachment 1 for details)。Due to confidentiality requirements，The National Defense Key Laboratory adopts offline reporting。
2. Check content
Focus on inspecting the management and operation of each scientific research base in 2019、Team building、Talent training、Lab environment、Performance output and seabet casino review contribution，And the construction plan for the next year。
3. Inspection methods

2.Fill in online: Log in to the "Scientific Research and Development Information Platform" http://202 after authorization.197.71.33/desktop/mhzmload/desktop.action，Add"Scientific Research Base" module，Fill in relevant data in accordance with the requirements of the operation guide (Attachment 3)。whereThe 2020 budget is prepared based on the total amount after reduction。The data collection time is from January 1 to December 31, 2019。
3.Audit process: The administrator completes and submits the form—review by the person in charge of the scientific research base—review by the secondary unit—review by the scientific research department
